For Pos Laju posting, a signature will be required for proof of receipt. If it is not possible for the postman to deliver the goods, the postman will leave delivery note or instructions of how to pick up your package from the nearest Post Office. The purchaser can also make a call to the Post Office to request the postman to resend the package again the next day.

For Registered Mail posting, a signature will be required for proof of receipt. If it is not possible for the postman to deliver the goods, the postman will leave delivery note or instructions of how to pick up your package from the nearest Post Office.

For Pos Express posting, no signature is required for proof of receipt. If it is not possible to deliver the goods personally, the postman will drop the package into your letter box.. * Pos Express - RM 4.50 (Limited to 1 item only)
COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) is temporary unavailable.
QueeInc is not responsible for any loss or damages incurred during the shipping process once we've passed the package to the Post Office. . Tracking numbers will be provided to purchasers to check on the status of their package via Pos Malaysia website.
